We love to showcase fresh produce and it is an excellent way of demonstrating the  quality and variety of different fruit and vegetables. This may include local UK produce or sometimes more unusual exotics.

It is also an excellent way to impress your client, attracts people to the dining
areas and is a fantastic way of educating diners – both young and old. This may include showing something new, promoting a particular range or region, or simply to brighten up the dining  area.
